Willard takes 15th-place result in Lakeside MLRA start
On Friday, Brennon Willard traveled to Kansas City, Kansas, with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) for a $5,000-to-win show at Lakeside Speedway.
Willard began his evening at the 4/10-mile track by qualifying his Willard Asphalt No. 3 Super Late Model 14th out of 23 MLRA entries. He went on to finish sixth in his heat race, positioning him 17th to begin the feature. He picked up two spots in the 30-lapper and came home 15th.
Saturday’s $7,000-to-win program at Odessa, Missouri’s I-70 Speedway was rained out.
After the Lakeside event, Willard is 11th in the 2024 MLRA standings.
